Trevor (“T.J.”) Willard received his B.A. in History from the University of Colorado. He graduated from the University of Denver College of Law.
Born in Helena, Montana, Mr. Willard has been a Colorado resident since 1988. Prior to joining the firm in 2013, Mr. Willard worked in private practice since 2002 with primary areas of emphasis focusing on criminal defense and civil litigation. Mr. Willard has represented clients in State and Municipal Courts throughout Colorado including Boulder, Broomfield, Longmont, Golden, Denver, Westminster, Aurora, Englewood, Sterling, Yuma, Wray, Vail, Georgetown, Littleton, Loveland, Ft. Collins, and Greeley.
Mr. Willard’s practice focuses on criminal defense, Colorado Department of Motor Vehicle proceedings, school disciplinary matters, civil litigation, landlord/tenant disputes, appeals, estate planning and business transactions.
Attorney Willard is licensed to practice law in Colorado State Courts and the United States Court for the District of Colorado.
Mr. Willard is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, Boulder County Bar Association, Adams/Broomfield County Bar Association, Colorado Criminal Defense Bar, Colorado Juvenile Defender Coalition and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
Mr. Willard has completed advocacy training through the Western Trial Advocacy Institute and has taught advocacy skills and completed the Teacher Training Program through the National Institute for Trial Advocacy.
Mr. Willard enjoys spending his free time with his family and volunteer activities including coaching local youth sports teams and scouting.
