Stephanie Brennan

Education

Stephanie Brennan received her B.A. in Political Science, cum laude, from the University of Colorado. She graduated from the University of Wyoming College of Law where she served as an Articles Editor of The Land and Water Law Review. Ms. Brennan has also received training from the National Institute for Trial Advocacy.

Experience

Stephanie’s practice includes estate planning and probate and trust administration, fiduciary work, guardianships, conservatorships, real estate, and business transactions. She serves as the Deputy Public Administrator for the 20th Judicial District which includes Boulder County.

Prior to joining the firm, she clerked for the Wyoming Supreme Court and the Hon. Frank Dubofsky of the Colorado 20th Judicial District and is licensed to practice law in the Colorado State Courts and the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.

Organizations and Associations

Stephanie is a Colorado native and has a long history of working within the community.  Her current activities include serving as the Secretary of the Colorado Fund for People with Disabilities (“CFPD”), Chair of Private Service for CFPD and Co-Chair of the CFPD Investment Subcommittee; an Advisory Board Member to Trailhead Wealth Management, member of the Boulder Association Foundation Board of Directors, and she was recently elected to the Board of Directors for the Boulder Chamber of Commerce.  Stephanie has previously sat as a board member and chair for the Association for Community Living of Boulder County (the ARC for Boulder County) and Community Link, as well as the secretary for the Boulder History Museum.  She continues to coach the Fairview High School team in the Annual Colorado Bar Association’s High School Mock Trial Program and has done so for 15 years.

Stephanie is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the Boulder County Bar Association as well as Women’s Estate Planning Network.

In her spare time, she travels, scuba dives, rides her bike, and spends time with her golden retriever.
