Since 1977, Chuck has served as Boulder County’s Public Administrator. As a public servant of the Court, Chuck frequently probates and facilitates cases which involve minors, the elderly, and mentally or physically challenged individuals, including guardianships and conservatorships. This experience, combined with his broad base of knowledge ranging from simple to complex estate planning, allows Chuck to assist individuals to reach their long-term goals.

John brings a diverse background to his estate planning and probate practice, including extensive land use and financial experience. A lifelong resident of Boulder, John understands his clients and works to achieve their planning goals with the assistance of tax professionals and financing planners.

Stephanie’s practice focuses on estate planning and probate. In particular, she represents clients with long-term planning for the mentally or physically challenged as well as planning for the elderly, including guardianships and conservatorships. Stephanie has a background in complex and adversarial probate proceedings.
