Thomas A. Swett is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Colorado, having received his B.A. in English and History in 1993. He received his J. D. from the University of Colorado School of Law in 1999, where he served as an associate editor of the Law Review.

Mr. Swett has served as a law clerk to the Boulder County Attorney's Office and clerked for the Hon. C. Vincent Phelps of the Colorado 17th Judicial District before joining the firm in 2000.

Mr. Swett's community activities include serving as President of the Board of Directors for the Gray Panther's Service Project Inc. (Mary Sandoe House) and coaching Monarch High School’s mock trial team.

Mr. Swett is licensed to practice law in the Colorado State Courts, and the United State District Court for the District of Colorado.
