John, a former county attorney and a founder of the firm, has more than 35 years of experience in land use planning and development, commercial and real property transactions, and litigation. John represents diverse clients on sales and purchases of businesses, franchises, and investment opportunities.

Kit brings nearly 30 years of experience to his practice in commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions. A former visiting professor of business at the University of Colorado, Kit’s background in commercial ventures combined with his courtroom experience and mediation assist clients with strategic planning and complex transactions involving real estate, technology, and capital investments.

Chuck, the current mayor of Louisville and Public Administrator for Boulder County, is a founding member of the firm. Chuck has practiced over 30 years and has a broad base of knowledge regarding business development and commercial transactions. Chuck’s clients benefit from his practical approach to complex transactions and investment experience.
