Education

Stephanie Brennan received her B.A. in Political Science, Cum Laude, from the University of Colorado. She graduated from the University of Wyoming College of Law where she served as an articles editor on the Land and Water Law Review. Ms. Brennan has also received training from the National Institute for Trial Advocacy.

Experience

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Brennan clerked for the Wyoming Supreme Court and the Hon. Frank Dubofsky of the Colorado 20th Judicial District. Ms. Brennan is licensed to practice law in the Colorado State Courts and the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.

Ms. Brennan’s practice includes estate planning, guardianships, conservatorships, probate, real estate, divorce, bankruptcy, and business transactions. Ms. Brennan was recently appointed as the Deputy Public Administrator for Boulder County.

Organizations and Associations

Ms. Brennan is a member of the Women’s Estate Planning Network, the Colorado Bar Association, and the Boulder County Bar Association.

Ms. Brennan’s current community activities include serving on the Board of Directors for the Association for Community Living of Boulder County (the ARC for Boulder County), the Colorado Fund for People with Disabilities, and Employment Link.
